Q: When will my order ship?
A: We ship all orders within 1 business day. Typically we ship same day up until 3pm CST.

Q: How big are the coins?
A: The coin diameter is 40mm with a thickness of 3mm.

Q: What are the specs of the coin?
A: The coin is made of metal and plated with our Holocore GFX™ holographic nickel pattern. It is then polished and encased inside of an acrylic casing. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You must request within 30 days and the item must be in original packaging. We do not accept returns on limited edition coin drops. For more details view our refund policy.

Q: Do you accept dogecoin for payment?
A: Yes! At checkout select Coinbase Commerce for your payment method. Then select Dogecoin to show our wallet address. After the transfer clears your order will automatically be marked as paid and we will ship as soon as possible!
